Together with the New Train Station and City Airport in the vicinity, the new 16 storey Apartment building will rejuvenate this rather old and forgotten area of Taipei. The façade consists of the old city pattern in darker colours as backdrop, and the brilliant white strips that represent the promising future of the area.​​

矗立在快被遺忘的五分埔老區，毗鄰台北松山新車站。16層樓高住宅『忠泰繹』，為老區注入新生命。建築物立面以比較暗的底色，衍生出白色亮麗的緞帶，隱喻著該區的無限量前景。
